WHAT IS THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION VALENTINE APPEAL?
The Valentine Appeal is the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) annual campaign aiming to raise £1 million to fund two vital care services: BHF Heart Nurses and their telephone Heart HelpLine. Last year, BHF Heart Nurses helped 50,000 heart patients and their Heart HelpLine provided support and information to 13,000 callers. But sadly, many heart patients and their families don't receive the vital support and care that they need.
